That’ll send shockwaves through the garage. NASCAR CEO Jim France, who has served as the leader of the sport since 2018, will be stepping down and replaced by current President Steve O’Donnell, according to a report from Jordan Bianchi with The Athletic. The move is expected to be announced to teams ahead of this weekend’s Jack Links 500 at Talladega Superspeedway.
